1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY:

The “SOUTHSIDE GRANITE COMPANY’S Cajun Kitchen Party” Contest (the “Contest”) is open to United States residents of the States of Alabama, Florida and Georgia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (“Eligible Participants”). Anyone who is an Eligible Participant will be entered to win the GRAND PRIZE. Eligibility to win the Grand Prize will be subject to further limitations, indicated below under “PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS & ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS.”

Excluded from all eligibility are any representatives, employees, or agents of Southside Granite Company, and the members of the judges panel. The immediate families of, and anyone domiciled with any of the aforementioned individuals are also excluded from eligibility.

2. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest opens at 9 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on October 1, 2011. Contest Entries will be accepted from 9 a.m. CDT on October 1, 2011 until 4:00 p.m. CDT on December 30, 2011 (the “Contest Entry Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER:

A $2,500.00 minimum purchase of kitchen countertops from Southside Granite Company during the contest period is necessary to be eligible. An Eligible Participant must read these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”) and indicate that they have read, understood and agreed to the Rules of the contest. An Eligible Participant must accurately complete all required fields of the entry form, including name, contact information, and address in order to be eligible to win the prize. Additionally, in order to be eligible to win the Grand Prize, the address entered must be the entrant’s home address, and the address where the new countertops were installed. To clarify, the address provided on the entry form will be the address where the countertop installation and/or kitchen party will take place. Limit one (1) entry per address.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS & ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

The Prize and Eligibility Restrictions are described below. A random drawing will be made on the date indicated below.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen by a random drawing conducted after the close of the Contest Period. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, the address provided by the entrant on the entry form must be located within a 75 mile radius of downtown Dothan, AL.

The Grand Prize shall be a kitchen dinner party, at an approximate total retail value of $1,000 USD. The Grand Prize shall consist of the following elements:

One (1) Kitchen Party, hosted by the Grand Prize Winner at his or her address, at a date and time following the installation of the countertops. Date & time must be agreed up by the Grand Prize Winner, Blue Moon Café and Southside Granite Company.

Southside Granite Company will cover expenses for the event only to include catering, flatware rental, linen rental, set up and clean up, up to a total value of $1,000 (the “Party Budget”). Alcohol will not be served at the party by Southside Granite Company or the caterers. However, if alcohol is to be served, in addition to the cost of the alcohol, costs of chauffeuring guests to and from the event, as well as the costs of any required liquor or other licenses or permits, are the responsibility of the homeowner and Grand Prize Winner. Service of alcoholic beverages at the Kitchen Party is subject to restrictions imposed by applicable law. Any additional costs shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Southside Granite Company shall consult with the Grand Prize Winner regarding details of the party.

The eligible participant whose entry is drawn shall be the Tentative Grand Prize Winner. The Tentative Grand Prize Winner must sign a verification of their agreement to these Rules, as well as sign the required releases and waivers (see below “NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION”). Failure to do so within four (4) days of notification shall result in the prize lapsing, and the finalist whose entry is drawn in a second drawing shall become the new Tentative Grand Prize Winner.

January 3, 2012 at approximately 2:00 p.m. CDST, one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all entries received from 9 a.m. CDT on October 1, 2011 until the cut-off time of 4:00 p.m. CDT on December 30, 2011. The odds of winning this Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period up to the cut-off time.

5. NO SUBSTITUTIONS:

The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, exchanged or bartered. The Grand Prize shall be awarded to the Tentative Prize Winner given as a gift, determined according to the process outlined above for the prize. In the event a Tentative Prize Winner does not wish to accept a prize, an alternate Tentative Prize Winner shall be chosen.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, Southside Granite Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to give cash in lieu of any prize to be awarded under this Contest, in an amount corresponding to the stated retail value of the prize, as stated in these Rules.

6. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION:

The Tentative Prize Winner shall be notified by telephone within 24 hours of being selected to win by random draw, at the telephone number provided in their entry form. Southside Granite Company, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents accept no liability or responsibility for lost, incorrect or incomplete telephone numbers, whether a result of technological or human error. Tentative Prize Winner will be required to sign a declaration, waiver and release, affirming he or she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Rules, grants all consents required and as contemplated by these Rules, authorizes Southside Granite Company to broadcast, publish and disseminate his or her name, address, photograph likeness and/or voice, in connection with any promotion, publicity, or news, entertainment and/or information purposes, without further consent and without compensation, and releasing Southside Granite Company, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents from any and all liability of any kind whatsoever arising out of the Tentative Prize Winner’s participation in the Contest and/or receipt and use of any prize awarded. This declaration, waiver and release must be returned to Southside Granite Company within a specified time and in the specified manner. Failure to answer any telephone call, respond to any voicemail, or to otherwise fail to meet any of the requirements herein within the time specified, will result in the Tentative Prize Winner’s disqualification from receiving the Prize, and an alternate Tentative Prize Winner shall be chosen. Southside Granite Company, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents, shall be completely and absolutely discharged from any liability or responsibility in this.

The Grand Prize Winner will be published at www.facebook/SouthsideGraniteCompany and www.southsidegranite.com following the close of the Contest.

7. PRIVACY:

Southside Granite Company respects your right to privacy and will never share any personal information given.

8. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:

Southside Granite Company, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents, shall not be in any manner whatsoever liable or responsible for theft, loss, technical malfunctions, computer and/or telephone network malfunctions, software problems, online traffic congestion, any human or computer generated error, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism or armed or armed hostilities, or changes to the economy of the United States of America, which may in any manner affect the receipt of Contest entries, the notification of winner, the awarding or distribution of any prize under the Contest, or the safe use and enjoyment of any prize awarded under the Contest. Southside Granite Company, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents assume no liability whatsoever for damage to any person, or to their computer or other property, arising from their actual or attempted participation in the Contest in any manner whatsoever, or in the awarding of any prize.

9. APPLICABLE LAW:

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations.

10. VERIFICATION OF AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By agreeing to these rules in your entry form you certify that you have read these Official Rules and Regulations, that you understand them and agree to be bound by them.
